Sally Chamness trained with Charles Watson at Advanced Massage Therapeutics School in Louisville, KY and graduated in April 2010.

The 600 hour course is one of the best in the state of KY, with a 97% pass rate for the National Certification board for Therapeutic massage and bodywork. This is well above the national pass rate of 67% and state wide pass rate of 77%.

In addition to the training curriculum Sally also participated in the certification course for Baby’s First Massage. Her certification allows her to teach the baby’s first massage class to expecting and new parents, which she finds a rewarding gift to offer.

It is Sallys goal to share the benefits of Massage Therapy with everyone, and to become one of the leading Massage Therapists in Scotland.

In December 2012, Sally used her experience as a Massage Therapist and Tutor to take over Inspire Massage Workshops, which she rebranded and relaunched in January 2014 as Dynamic Bodywork Academy.
She continues to teach Massage to qualified therapists, as well as develop a curriculum of Advanced Techniques which address specific conditions and special populations as her heart is in ensuring that Massage Therapy is available and affordable for everyone who wants or needs it regardless of their physical or financial ability.

She made the finalist list for the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards "Masseuse of the Year" award in 2014, and finalist for West Lothians Best Business 2015.

On November 29th, 2015 she was awarded "Masseuse of the Year" 2015 by the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards.

Stephanie Slevin is a 20 something and is situated here in West Lothian along with her fiancé and cat Bluebell. She describes herself as an easy going individual who doesn’t take life too seriously and loves helping others.

She joined us in June 2014 after graduating with a HND and achieving the highest grades in Beauty Therapy at West Lothian College. Stephanie thoroughly enjoyed her course and practiced a wide range of Beauty Treatments and Complimentary Therapies from Waxing to Reflexology.

It was during her studies that she took a keen interest in the theory and practical side of Anatomy and physiology and Massage/Complimentary Therapies. It then came clear to Stephanie that was very passionate about learning more about the positive effects these therapies can have on our body physically and psychologically.

Since leaving college Stephanie has become a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and is continuing her CPD training through Dynamic Bodyworks Academy, she has gained further qualifications in deep tissue massage, pregnancy/post natal massage, myofascial release therapy and her most recent hot stones reflexology in which she did her training with the FHT.

Stephanie’s main goal is to share the benefits of massage and complimentary therapies with everybody and finds nothing more rewarding than making others feel good about themselves.
