Upledger.
I’ve had an interest in CranioSacral therapy for a few years now, and on Monday I had my first workshop and a taste of what it could offer.
I was pretty sad to think that i’m moving back to Scotland soon, and my CE may be affected by a lack in quality of courses offered in the UK.
So I had a good old dig around the internet and found a UK branch of the Upledger Institute, and wouldnt you know it, the CST 1 course just happens to fall on teh weekend of my birthday next year.
Guess what I’m getting for my birthday?
