Living Social – Terms and Conditions

Thank you to everyone who took advantage of our partnership with Living Social on Monday August 8th, 2011.

Once you’ve scheduled your appointment I will instruct you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork being that you are a new client. You will need to bring in your printed Living Social voucher for Wee Sally Massage in hand, unless you have it on your phone.

To ensure you get the proper attention and treatment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you must cancel please do so 24 hours before your appointment so that we can reschedule for a later date. If you fail to do so your appointment will be canceled and your voucher will be considered redeemed. No exceptions.

If you require, I can  give you directions to the clinic in Bathgate or you can use Goole Maps. If you wish to visit me in Edinburgh please let me know during the booking, as the dates and times are limited.

Living Social Q&A

Q. I waited too long to call and schedule my massage appointment and now you don’t have any appointments left. Can I still use my Voucher?

A. Yes, you can apply the amount you paid towards your massage and just pay the difference. This will apply once the voucher expires on August 8, 2012.

Q. I don’t have time to come in for my Massage can I give the Living Social voucher to someone else even though it has my name on it?

A. If you purchased the individual massage, yes you can. If you purchased the group massage, all the massages in the group must go to one person.

Q. Can I use other services with my voucher?

A. Yes you can upgrade to Aromatherapy or Reflexology for an additional £5. These upgrades are only available on Saturdays in Bathgate.

Q. I’ve decided I really don’t have time for a massage, will you buy back the voucher?

A. No. You purchased it from Living Social so you will have to contact them for that issue. It is valid only for massage services and has no cash value.
